At Warsenal, we want you to be fully satisfied with your tactical fashion gear. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Warsenal account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
